Return, Refund & Replacement Policy


Process of Return or Replacement

Firstly your request for Return/Replacement will be confirmed by our customer care executives.

As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

In case of any Defective product, the shipping charges will be borne by the company and if the Wrong order is placed by the customer, then he/she have to bear the shipping cost.
Once the product reaches us, it will go through a quality check. If it passes the quality checks and the product has not been misused in any way, we will ship the new product to you. You will be able to track the new shipment.

Note: Our policy lasts for 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by after the delivery of the products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


In Case of Return or Replacement due to Size Issue

If a product (apparel) has any size issue once the shipment is delivered, you can request for the Exchange/Replacement but you cannot request for refund in any circumstances. (Do ensure that the product tag is not removed.)

So, ensure your size with respect to the given Size Chart before placing an order.


Return & Replacement Policy on Print on Demand
We do not offer Returns & Replacements on POD, as made for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for these products.


Defective/Damaged Product
In case you have received a defective or damaged product, you need to inform us about the same within 24 hours of delivery of the product & send a request for Return/Replacement along with the details of the order, nature of issues, video of unboxing from seal, photographs of the product within 24 hours of delivery.


Wrong Product
If you get the wrong product instead of the product you ordered, you need to inform us about the same within 24 hours of delivery of the product & send a request for Return/Replacement along with the details of the order, nature of issues, video of unboxing from seal, photographs of the product within 24 hours of delivery.


Refund
Once the product reaches our warehouse, in the expected condition and the product has not been misused in any way, we will initiate a full refund to your selected mode of payment within 5 to 6 working days.
